With vast experience in forging industry, MGM Group expansion plans are a foot for forgings range from 25 KG to 250 KG per component weight to cater Oil and Natural Gas sector, valve industries, earth moving machineries and defence sector in the new setup where 13 Ton, 13 Ton Hydraulic, 25 Ton, 32 Ton Counter blow hammers have been procured along with 1 ton per batch heat treatment facility to heat treat 1000 MT per month in gas fired furnaces which is under installation in the 2.5 Acres of M/s. Ganesh Enterprises, Plot # 427 C, Hebbal Industrial Area, Mysuru.

MGM Group is under installation stage of following equipment’s in one of their subsidiary company M/s. Ganesh Enterprises, Mysore.

1. 32 Ton Counter Blow Hammer.
2. 25 Ton Counter Blow Hammer.
3. Heat Treatment facility for in house and on contract basis to cater to capacity of More then 1000 Ton per month.

This expansion will make MGM Group to have installed capacity for finished forging up to 10000 T per Annum with the employment to more than 100 people at M/s. Ganesh Enterprises. Hebbal plant which is in 2.5 Acre land to produce large forgings ranging from 100 KG to 300 KG per component weight to cater Oil and Natural Gas sector, valve industries, earth moving machinery and defence sector.

For future capacity expansion, MGM Group is in process to finalize 21 Acres of the land with the development potential of more than 44,000 Sq. Mt of plant area with world class infrastructure and green area to fit ancillary units to forging plant and other products.

For this plant following equipment’s are planned to acquire

1. 16 Ton Double Acting Hammer
2. 10 Ton Double Acting Hammer
3. Lasco 1000 Ton or above Hydraulic extrusion press with draw carriage to produce long hallow forgings.
4. 6300 Ton Forging Press for high quantity production of forgings.

This future expansion will enable MGM Forgings in the Medium Scale Forging plant with planned forging capacity of more than 50,000 Tons per annum over the period of 5 years from the time of acquisition of land. This project will cater to employment of more than 300 people over the course of expansion and will have more opportunities to tap for future growth.
